Each Ounce piece of jewelry is analyzed by our quality control team before final packaging to our customers. We pride ourselves on delivering above and beyond expectations with regard to product and service quality. 

All returned/exchanged items must be in their original, unworn, undamaged condition and include all packaging and documentation. The piece will be inspected and evaluated. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our standards after it’s assessment. If the item is damaged, we will deduct up to 35% of the purchase price of the item from your refund so make sure it is in its original state. 

If the piece you are returning came with a free item, the item must also be returned. If it is not returned, the retail price of this item will be deducted from your refund amount.
Customized and international orders are not eligible for return/refund/exchange but will still benefit from the lifetime guarantee aspects.
