Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage & Locations
We currently ship within Egypt to all major cities and governorates. If you are outside our standard delivery zones, please contact our customer support before placing an order to confirm shipping availability.
2. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom Orders: If your order includes a custom or engraved ring, please allow 5-7 additional business days for production.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Cairo time) or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your luxury rings. Below are our shipping options:

Remote Areas: Orders to remote locations may take an additional 1-3 business days.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Egypt. If you require international delivery, please contact us for special arrangements.
4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Eligibility

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment using our courier’s tracking system.
If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours, please contact our customer support.
6. Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package:
The courier will attempt two additional deliveries.
If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and the customer must pay a reshipping fee for a second delivery attempt.
Orders not claimed within 14 days will be canceled, and a partial refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will work with our courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement if necessary.
If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation. If confirmed lost, we will either reship the item or provide a refund.

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and customers will be notified in case of significant updates.
